Return Policy
Hardware Return Policy:
We want you to be fully satisfied with all the products that you purchase from The Shower Door Shop. If you are not satisfied with the items you purchased, you may return hardware products for up to 14 days of original purchase. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items, and all returned are subject to inspection before credit is issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise.
All returned items will be inspected thoroughly, and must meet to our following return requirements:
- Products must be in original condition. They cannot be used, scratched, dented, and taken apart.
- Products must be in the original packaging.
To return an item, you must contact customer service at orders@goshowerdoorcom for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box to qualify for a refund or replacement. Packages received without a RMA number will be refused and sent back to the sender. Buyer will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

Custom Glass Orders:
Custom orders are custom-made upon order and are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages. Customers will have 24 hours from placement of custom orders to cancel. Glass must be inspected up delivery. You have 24 hours from time of delivery to report any defects or damages in the glass.
